Good Thief is BACK at Brewery & The Beast Vancouver, and we couldn’t be more excited! We’re teaming up with our sister restaurant, Anh and Chi, to bring back a fan favourite that everyone loved — our famous roasted hog.
Brewery & The Beast is one of Vancouver’s ultimate food and drink events, bringing together top chefs, restaurants, breweries, and producers for an unforgettable day of incredible eats and drinks.Â
We’ll be serving up the roasted hog - Vietnamese taco-style. Featuring rice noodles, Vietnamese pickles, and of course, that juicy roasted pork, all wrapped up in a crispy rice wrapper. Trust us — you’re going to want to come hungry!
And you don’t want to miss what we’ll be shaking up at the bar. We’re bringing a bright, refreshing cocktail made with fresh seasonal apricot and raspberry. Juicy, summery, and with just the right touch of tartness — the perfect sip for a day of feasting.
