You are invited 'The Culinary Art of LIght Aroma Fenjiu Baijiu' - a POP-UP dinner collaboration with Chinese-Canadian celebrity Chef Deseree Lo. On Wednesday March 4 - for one night only  - we are pairing Chinese-inspired dishes with a feature cocktail and spirit tasting flight. Together with Good Thief's Michelin Bib Gourmand Chef Jonathan Lee, the team has developed a menu around the ancient legends of Fenjiu we’ll surely surprise and transport you to the mystical notes of China.

$108 per person (plus tax and gratuity) for a five-course menu and optional cocktail and Fenjiu Baijiu spirit pairing, includes:

Amuse:

Course 1: 
Fenju Drunken Chicken Salad
Loong Kong free-range chicken / goji berries / cucumbers / peppers / cherry tomatoes/ pine nut vinaigrette

Course 2: 
Prosperity Lamb Dumplings 
Spring onions / Chinese leeks / fresh coriander / Vietnamese style coconut, cumin & ginger curry sauce

Hen of the woods Tempura

About Chef Dez Lo

Chef Deseree Lo, runner-up on Top Chef Canada Season 10, brings over 20 years of global culinary expertise to every dish. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Taiwan, she transitioned from finance in New York City to prestigious kitchens like La Grenouille and Locanda Verde. Now based in Vancouver, Deseree operates her own private catering business and serves as Corporate Chef at BSH Experience & Design Center, where she showcases her passion for sustainable, no-waste cooking and dynamic culinary storytelling.
